摘要
单点系泊外输浮筒+穿梭油轮的油气外输模式在海洋油田的开发中应用广泛,其具有安全、可靠、经济等优点,对海上边际油田和前期开发起着重要作用。基于时域耦合软件OrcaFlex建立了包括了CALM主体、外输油轮等浮式结构物和系泊系统、水下软管等多种细长挠性体结构的多体耦合数值分析模型并对其进行时域耦合计算,研究不同工况下系泊油轮与浮筒系统多浮体耦合运动规律以及系泊缆、水下软管动力特性,分析结果为输油终端单点系泊系统的设计提供技术参考。
The oil and gas transportation mode of single point mooring buoy+shuttle tanker is widely used in offshore oilfield development,which has the advantages of safety,reliability and economy,and plays an important role in offshore marginal oil field and early development.The multi body coupling numerical analysis model which includes the floating body structures of CALM buoy and offloading tanker and the flexible slender body structures of mooring system and water hose is established based on the coupling time-domain software OrcaFlex.Then the numerical simulation about that is conducted.The coupled motion law of mooring tanker and buoy system under different working conditions and the dynamic characteristics of mooring lines and risers are studied,which can provide a technical reference for further design of oil terminal single point mooring system.
