摘要
市政污泥作为污水处理的必然副产物,具有污染和资源双重属性。污泥基生物炭是指污泥经过脱水、干燥、碳化等处理后得到的一种新型生物质材料,通过该途径不仅实现了污泥的减量化和稳定化,还将其转化成了高价值功能材料。新污染物是指那些新被识别或关注、对生态环境和人类健康具有潜在威胁,但尚未纳入常规环境监测或管理体系的物质,其对环境的潜在影响日益受到关注。本文系统总结了污泥基生物炭的制备和改性技术,分析了污泥基生物炭对新污染物的去除效能与机制,探讨了污泥基生物炭处理水中新污染物的环境风险与生命周期评估。材料的长期稳定性与再生、环境安全与标准化、技术集成与放大等是污泥基生物炭未来发展中面临的主要挑战。
As an inevitable by-product of sewage treatment,municipal sludge has the dual attributes of pollution and resources.Sludge-based biochar is a new type of biomass material obtained after dewatering,drying and carbonization of sludge.Through this way,it can not only realize the reduction and stabilization of sludge,but also transform it into high-value functional materials.New pollutants refer to substances that are newly identified or concerned,have potential threats to the ecological environment and human health,but have not yet been included in conventional environmental monitoring or management systems,and their potential impact on the environment has received increasing attention.This paper systematically summarized the preparation and modification technologies of sludge-based biochar,analyzed the removal efficiency and mechanism of new pollutants by sludge-based biochar,and discussed the environmental risk and whole life cycle assessment of new pollutants in water treated by sludge-based biochar.The long-term stability and regeneration of materials,environmental safety and standardization,technology integration and amplification are the main challenges in the future development of sludge-based biochar.
