基于数字孪生的隧道钻爆施工控制措施

摘要 爆破作业存在围岩变异性、掏槽眼等的钻孔数量、炮孔参数及每孔炸药量与实地岩体参数不契合的现象。为了实现对隧道超挖欠挖量的精准预测与主动控制,进而实现高精度预报,开发与掌子面围岩参数动态匹配的数值模型十分重要。以西渝铁路四方山隧道为例,依据数字孪生技术理念,构建隧道超欠挖的数字孪生模型,呈现不同钻爆进尺下开挖断面的实际情况,形成了真实反映开挖状态、实时更新的客观模型支撑体系。 In blasting operation,there is a phenomenon where the variability of the surrounding rock,the number of boreholes such as cut hole,blast hole parameters,and the explosive charges per hole fail to align with the field rock mass parameters.In order to achieve accurate prediction and active control of the tunnel overbreak and underbreak quantity,and then achieve highaccuracy prediction,it is very important to develop a numerical model that dynamically matches the parameters of the surrounding rock in the tunnel face.Taking Sifangshan Tunnel of Xi'an-Chongqing Railway as an example,according to the concept of digital twin technology,the digital twin model of tunnel overbreak and underbreak is built,and the actual conditions of excavation cross-section under different drilling and blasting footage are presented,forming an objective model support system that truly reflects the excavation state and updates in real time.
