摘要
目的:探讨全自由呼吸下(FB)压缩感知(CS)实时采集与回顾性运动校正(MoCo)技术结合的电影序列在左、右心室功能成像及分析中的可行性,并与常规心脏磁共振(CMR)回顾性心电门控K空间分段(Seg)填充采集的屏气(BH)电影序列进行对比。方法:前瞻性纳入47例心脏病患者,采用3.0T MR扫描仪,分别获得FB和BH电影图像。使用Likert 5分量表评估两种电影序列的图像质量(IQ)及测量左、右心室功能参数包括舒张末期容积(EDV)、收缩末期容积(ESV)、每搏输出量(SV)、射血分数(EF)、心排血量(CO)及心肌质量(Mass)。结果:FB和BH序列的图像质量评分分别为3.83±0.73和3.98±0.82(Z=-1.313,P=0.189)。FB和BH序列的平均扫描时间分别为(150.43±28.27)s和(397.92±42.64)s(Z=-5.978,P<0.001)。两种技术在评估双心室容积各种参数时差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05),Bland-Atlman分析显示了良好的一致性。结论:自由呼吸运动校正的心脏电影MRI结合压缩感知技术与常规屏气电影序列相比,图像质量相近,左右心室收缩功能评价一致性好,且显著缩短了扫描时间,明显提高了临床扫描效率。
Objective:To investigate the feasibility of cine sequences combining free-breathing(FB)compressed sensing(CS)real-time acquisition with retrospective motion correction(MoCo)technology in left and right ventricular systolic function imaging and analysis,and compare them with breath-hold(BH)cine sequences acquired by conventional cardiac magnetic resonance(CMR)retrospective electrocardiographic gating K-space segmental(Seg)filling.Methods:Forty-seven patients with heart disease were prospectively enrolled for imaging on a 3.0T MR scanner.Both FB and BH cine images were acquired.The image quality(IQ)of the two sequences was assessed using a Likert 5-point scale.Left and right ventricular function parameters,including end-diastolic volume(EDV),end-systolic volume(ESV),stroke volume(SV),ejection fraction(EF),cardiac output(CO),and myocardial mass(Mass),were measured.Results:The image quality scores of FB and BH sequences were 3.83±0.73 and 3.98±0.82,respectively(Z=-1.313,P=0.189).The average scanning times for FB and BH sequences were(150.43±28.27)seconds and(397.92±42.64)seconds,respectively(Z=-5.978,P<0.001).There were no significant differences between the two techniques in the assessment of biventricular volumetric parameters(all P>0.05).Bland-Altman analysis demonstrated good consistency.Conclusion:Free-breathing motion-corrected cardiac cine MRI combined with compressed sensing technology provides comparable image quality and consistent evaluation of left and right ventricular systolic function compared with conventional breath-hold cine sequences.Additionally,it significantly reduces scanning time and improves clinical scanning efficiency.
