摘要
基于原油库区储运作业实时调度的复杂性及安全性需求,文章设计了一套基于物联网的实时调度监控系统。该系统采用边缘计算、5G工业专网及数字孪生等技术,实现了储罐、管线等设备参数的高频采集与动态优化。通过多源数据融合与智能调度算法,显著提升了监控的实时性与异常检测的准确性,并优化了原油储运的资源利用效率。结合实际案例的性能测试表明,该系统在数据采集周期、调度响应延迟和系统稳定性等方面均优于传统方案。
This paper designs a real-time scheduling and monitoring system for crude oil storage areas based on the internet of Things(IoT).The system uses edge computing,5G industrial private networks,and digital twin technology.It collects highfrequency data from tanks,pipelines,and other equipment and optimizes their operation.By combining multi-source data and intelligent scheduling algorithms,the system improves real-time monitoring and anomaly detection accuracy.It also increases resource utilization eff iciency in crude oil storage and transportation.Tests show that the system performs better than traditional methods in data collection speed,scheduling response time,and system stability.
