摘要
近年来,国有企业在减少文山会海方面做了有益的探索实践,取得了较好的效果。文章聚焦基层减负工作,深入剖析在形式主义、官僚主义影响下基层工作面临的困境。以某石油工程公司党委办公室实践为案例,详细阐述以精文简会为切入点的基层减负举措,包括减少会议活动、严控文件简报等做法,展示文件印发量下降、会议压减、阅文效率提升等显著成效。旨在为各单位提供基层减负的实践经验,助力营造高效务实的工作环境,推动各项事业高质量发展。
In recent years,state-owned enterprises have made benef icial explorations and practices in reducing cultural diversity,achieving good results.This paper focuses on the work of reducing the burden at the grassroots level,and deeply analyzes the diff iculties faced by grassroots work under the influence of formalism and bureaucracy.Taking the practice of the Party committee off ice of a certain petroleum engineering company as a case study,this paper elaborates in detail on the measures taken to reduce the burden at the grassroots level through ref ined and concise meetings,including reducing meeting activities,strictly controlling document brief ings,and demonstrating signif icant results such as a decrease in document issuance,reduction in meeting pressure,and improvement in document reading eff iciency.It aims to provide practical experience in reducing grassroots burdens for various units,help create an eff icient and pragmatic working environment,and promote high-quality development of various undertakings.
