数字孪生技术在汽车智能技术专业实训教学中的创新应用研究

摘要 在汽车产业智能化转型的背景下,职业院校汽车智能技术专业实训教学面临设备更新滞后、高危场景受限等挑战。数字孪生技术通过构建物理实体的虚拟镜像,为实训教学提供了沉浸式、可交互的解决方案。本文依托潍坊职业学院与山东英创天元教育科技有限公司的合作项目,系统阐述数字孪生实训平台的构建路径、教学模式创新及实施成效,深入分析技术融合趋势与关键挑战,旨在为职业教育领域的数字化改革提供理论参考与实践范式。 Under the background of the intelligent transformation of the automobile industry,the professional practical training and teaching of automobile intelligent technology in vocational colleges and universities are facing challenges such as lagging equipment updating and limited high-risk scenarios.Digital twin technology provides immersive and interactive solutions for practical training by building virtual mirror images of physical entities.Based on the cooperation project between Weifang Vocational College and Shandong Yingchuang Tianyuan Education Technology Co.,Ltd.,this article systematically expounds the construction path,teaching mode innovation and implementation results of the digital twin practical training platform,and deeply analyzes the trend and key challenges of technology integration,aiming to provide theoretical reference for the digital reform in the field of vocational education.And practice paradigm.
