IHI-WM型船用克令吊起升系统故障分析及日常管理维护优化方案

摘要 本文分析IHI-WM型船用克令吊起升系统故障,发现液压马达磨损及液压油污染是起升速度变慢的主要原因,通过拆解清洁、系统串油清洗等措施,成功解决了故障。随后,提出了日常管理及维护优化方案,包括定期检修、加强巡视、及时更换液压油等,旨在提高克令吊的可靠性和维护效率,确保船舶运营的高效与安全,符合航运业对高效、绿色、安全的追求。 This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the faults of the hoisting system of the HI-WM type Marine keling crane and finds that the wear of the hydraulic motor and the contamination of the hydraulic oil are the main reasons for the slow hoisting speed.The fault was successfully resolved through measures such as disassembly and cleaning,and system oil flushing.In addition,a daily management and maintenance optimization plan has been proposed,including regular inspections,enhanced patrols,and timely replacement of hydraulic oil,aiming to improve the reliability and maintenance efficiency of the crane,ensure the high efficiency and safety of ship operations,and meet the pursuit of efficiency,greenness and safety in the shipping industry.
