摘要
思政教育是人才培养体系的“魂”,引领专业知识的价值方向,而专业课程则是承载思政教育实践的“体”。在高水平人才培养体系建设中,思想政治工作是不可或缺的关键支撑。文章以水产养殖学专业《鱼类学》课程为样本,深入挖掘课程潜藏的思政元素,系统梳理形成典型案例集。从鱼类洄游中提炼执着精神,从生态平衡中阐释和谐理念。通过专业与思政的有机衔接,强化知识传授与价值塑造的协同,在夯实学生《鱼类学》核心素养的同时,铸牢其守护水生态、服务渔业振兴的理想信念,赋能高素质复合型人才培养。该研究立足《鱼类学》课程中鱼类形态结构、生理生态、资源分布及演化规律等专业知识,挖掘其中蕴含的思政元素,包括基于鱼类多样性保护的生态伦理观、结合鱼类适应性进化的科学探索精神、依托渔业资源可持续利用的社会责任意识,以及从“大国渔业”发展中提炼的家国情怀等内容。该模式有效实现了知识传授、能力培养与价值塑造的协同统一,在夯实学生专业核心素养的同时,铸牢其守护水生态环境、服务现代渔业振兴的理想信念,为培养高素质复合型水产人才提供了可资借鉴的范式。
Ideological and political education serves as the"soul"of the talent cultivation system,guiding the value orientation of professional knowledge,while professional courses act as the"vehicle"carrying the practice of ideological and political education.In the construction of a high-level talent cultivation system,ideological and political work is an indispensable key support.This article takes the"Ichthyology"course in the aquaculture major as a sample,deeply explores the hidden ideological and political elements within the course,and systematically compiles them into a collection of typical cases.It extracts the spirit of perseverance from fish migration and interprets the concept of harmony from ecological balance.Through the organic integration of professionalism and ideological education,the synergy between knowledge impartation and value shaping is strengthened.While consolidating students′core competencies in ichthyology,it fosters their ideal of safeguarding aquatic ecosystems and serving fisheries revitalization,thereby empowering the cultivation of high-quality interdisciplinary talents.Based on the professional knowledge of fish morphology,physiology,ecology,resource distribution,and evolutionary patterns in the"Ichthyology"course,this study uncovers the ideological and political elements embedded within,including ecological ethics rooted in fish diversity conservation,the spirit of scientific exploration derived from adaptive evolution,a sense of social responsibility for the sustainable utilization of fishery resources,and patriotic sentiments inspired by the development of"national fisheries."This model effectively achieves the synergy of knowledge impartation,ability cultivation,and value shaping.While solidifying students′professional core competencies,it reinforces their ideals of protecting aquatic ecosystems and serving the revitalization of modern fisheries,providing a replicable paradigm for cultivating high-quality interdisciplinary talents in aquaculture.
