养殖刺参(Apostichopus japonicus)腐皮综合征病原菌分离鉴定与药敏分析

Isolation,identification,and antimicrobial susceptibility analysis of pathogens causing skin ulceration syndrome in farmed Apostichopus japonicus

摘要 文章以刺参(Apostichopus japonicus)患腐皮综合征为研究对象,通过对病参病原菌进行分离鉴定与药敏分析,测定病原菌敏感药物的最小抑菌浓度,旨在指导霞浦县刺参养殖户精准用药,科学防治腐皮综合征。该研究自患病刺参中分离6株优势菌株(XP1~XP6),经形态学观察、生理生化鉴定和16S rDNA基因序列分析,确定6株分离菌株均为溶藻弧菌(Vibrio alginolyticus)。根据毒力基因检测结果,挑选菌株XP1用于人工回接感染试验,试验结果显示,菌株XP1能够导致刺参出现腐皮综合征相关症状,确定溶藻弧菌是导致此次养殖刺参患腐皮综合征的致病菌。药敏试验结果显示,恩诺沙星对菌株XP1抑菌效果较好。结合相关研究结果,建议养殖户可选择使用恩诺沙星防治腐皮综合征,也可使用中药复方预防腐皮综合征。 The article focused on Apostichopus japonicus with Skin Ulcerative Syndrome in Xiapu County.Through isolation,identification,and antimicrobial susceptibility testing of the pathogenic bacteria,it determined the Minimum Inhibitory Concentrations of effective antimicrobial agents.The research aims to guide local farmers in implementing precise medication strategies and scientifically controlling Skin Ulcerative Syndrome.Six dominant bacterial strains(XP1-XP6)were isolated from pathogenic bacteria.Morphological observation,physiological-biochemical characterization and 16S rDNA gene sequence analysis confirmed all the six strains was Vibrio alginolyticus.Based on virulence gene detection,strain XP1 was selected for experimental infection trials.The results demonstrated that inoculation with strain XP1 induced symptoms consistent with Skin Ulcerative Syndrome in Apostichopus japonicus,confirming Vibrio alginolyticus was the causative pathogens responsible for the outbreak in farmed Apostichopus japonicus.Antimicrobial susceptibility testing results indicate that enrofloxacin exhibits strong inhibitory effects against strain XP1.In conjunction with existing research findings,it was recommend that farmers utilize Enrofloxacin for targeted treatment of Skin Ulcerative Syndrome.Additionally,compound Chinese herbal formulas may be utilized for prophylactic intervention against this disease.
