道路沥青用除味剂净味效果及抑烟性能评价

Evaluation of Odor Elimination Effect and Smoke Inhibition Performance of Deodorizing Agent for Road Asphalt

摘要 为了研究道路沥青用除味剂的净味效果和抑烟性能,采用复合气体检测仪测定挥发性有机物(VOCs)体积分数的变化量来表征除味剂的净味效果,采用重量法表征净味沥青的抑烟效果。经过前期预实验,从30种除味剂中筛选出A、B和C3种除味剂进行净味沥青的制备;使用红外光谱解析净味沥青的净味机理;通过离析实验研究除味剂对沥青储存稳定性的影响。结果表明:加入除味剂的净味沥青具有除味和抑烟双重效果,其中除味剂A效果最优,净味率达到90.04%,抑烟率达到88.24%;除味剂A的净味机理是络合沥青中挥发出来的各种恶臭气体,减少VOCs的排放,实现净味降排;净味沥青的储存稳定性均合格。 In order to study the odor elimination effect and smoke inhibition performance of deodorizing agent for road asphalt,the change of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)volume fraction was measured by composite gas detector to characterize the odor removal effect of deodorizing agent,and the smoke inhibition performance of odorless asphalt was characterized by gravimetric method.After the preliminary pre-tests,three kinds of deodorizing agents,namely A,B and C,were screened out from 30 kinds of deodorizing agents,and odorless asphalt was prepared.The odor-purifying mechanism of odorless asphalt was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy.The separation test was carried out to study the effect of deodorizing agents on the storage stability of asphalt.The results showed that the odorless asphalt added with deodorizing agent had dual effects of deodorizing and smoke inhibition,deodorizing agent A had the best effect,with a deodorizing rate of 90.04%and a smoke suppression rate of 88.24%.The deodorization mechanism of deodorizing agent A was to complex various malodorous gases volatilized from asphalt to reduce the emission of VOCs and realize the purification and emission reduction.The storage stability of odorless asphalt was qualified.
