摘要
零价铁(ZVI)是硝基苯(NB)的优良还原剂。然而,它仍然面临易结块、容易氧化和难以再利用等严峻挑战。为了克服这些缺点,添加不同铁化合物以强化ZVI对NB的去除性能。结果表明:在中性条件下(pH=7.0)单纯添加ZVI,NB的去除效率仅为3.2%。在添加相同量的ZVI后,向反应体系额外添加磁铁矿(Fe_(3)O_(4))或亚铁离子(Fe(Ⅱ)),NB的去除效率分别为10.6%和98%。由此可见,Fe_(3)O_(4)和Fe(Ⅱ)可以调控ZVI还原去除NB,Fe(Ⅱ)的促进作用更强。同时实验详细探究了Fe(Ⅱ)添加时间和Fe(Ⅱ)浓度对ZVI去除NB的影响。对反应后的固体产物进行XRD和SEM分析,结果表明Fe(Ⅱ)可以通过促进ZVI腐蚀和加速电子转移来提高NB去除效率。
Zero valent iron(ZVI)is an excellent reductant for nitrobenzene(NB).However,it still faces serious challenges such as easy agglomeration,oxidation,and difficulty in reuse.To overcome these drawbacks,different iron compounds were added to enhance the removal performance of ZVI on NB.The results showed that under neutral conditions(pH=7.0),the removal efficiency of NB was only 3.2%when ZVI was added alone.After adding the same amount of ZVI,magnetite(Fe_(3)O_(4))or ferrous ions(Fe(Ⅱ))were additionally added into the reaction system,and the removal efficiency of NB was 10.6%and 98%,respectively.From this,it can be seen that Fe_(3)O_(4) and Fe(Ⅱ)can regulate ZVI reduction to remove NB,with Fe(Ⅱ)having a stronger promoting effect.At the same time,the effects of Fe(Ⅱ)addition time and Fe(Ⅱ)concentration on ZVI removal of NB were investigated in detail.XRD and SEM analysis results of the solid product after the reaction showed that Fe(Ⅱ)improved NB removal efficiency by promoting ZVI corrosion and accelerating electron transfer.
