一种深水环氧砂浆修补材料的制备及性能研究

摘要 采用环氧砂浆修补材料对水工混凝土建筑物补强加固时,在水下或潮湿环境相比干地环境黏接强度下降明显,水下环氧修补尤其是深水环境中环氧修补配套的技术水平仍然较薄弱。结合试验室试验和现场原型试验,提出了一种适用于40 m以上深水环境下水下混凝土平面和斜坡面局部缺陷修补的环氧砂浆材料配方,讨论了不同固化剂种类、不同固化剂配合比、不同混凝土基面对环氧砂浆水下黏接强度的影响,讨论了不同填料种类及不同胶砂比对环氧砂浆力学性能和施工性能的影响,进而开发了一套水下环氧砂浆材料的施工工艺。各项指标表明,该材料具有水下黏接强度高,抗压强度、抗折强度、抗冲磨强度好,施工工艺简单,对环境友好,修补效果良好等特点,可适用于各类混凝土建筑物,尤其是水电站消能建筑物在深水环境下的混凝土缺陷水下修补,具备推广应用价值。 When using epoxy mortar repair materials to reinforce hydraulic concrete structures,the adhesive strength decreases significantly in underwater or humid environments compared to dry environments.The technical level of underwater epoxy repair,especially in deep water environments,is still relatively weak.It combines laboratory experiments and on-site prototype experiments to propose an epoxy mortar material formula suitable for repairing local defects in underwater concrete planes and sloping surfaces in deep water environments above 40 m.The effects of different types of curing agents,different curing agents ratios,and different concrete bases on the underwater adhesion strength of epoxy mortar are discussed,and the effects of different types of fillers and different mortar paste ratios on the mechanical and construction properties of epoxy mortar are discussed,furthermore,a set of construction processes for underwater epoxy mortar materials was developed.Various indicators indicate that this material has the characteristics of high underwater adhesive strength,good compressive,flexural,impact and wear resistance,simple construction process,environmental friendliness,and good repair effect.It can be used for underwater repair of concrete defects in various concrete buildings,especially in energy dissipation buildings of hydropower stations in deep water environments,and has the value of promotion and application.
