摘要
为降低加层改造工程在节点连接处产生质量和刚度突变的问题,提出了一种应用于钢筋混凝土框架-轻钢加层结构的新型包钢节点。基于数值模拟探究了钢板外包范围与钢板厚度对新型包钢节点抗震性能的影响,对比分析了新型包钢节点的滞回性能、侧向承载力和整体稳定性。结果表明:相较于普通混凝土节点,新型包钢节点抑制了二次浇筑截面裂缝的产生,避免了节点区域过早失效;新型包钢节点的滞回曲线更饱满、侧向承载力更强、节点连接区域整体稳定性更高。
A novel encased steel joint for steel-reinforced concrete frame-lightweight steel adding-storey structures is proposed to address the issue of quality and stiffness variation at joint connections in the adding-storey layer retrofitting project.The influence of the steel plate wrapping scope and thickness on the seismic performance of the novel encased steel joint is investigated through numerical simulation.A comparative analysis is conducted on the hysteresis behavior,lateral load-carrying capacity,and whole stability of the novel encased steel joint.The results indicate that compared to conventional concrete joints,the novel encased steel joint suppresses the formation of secondary pouring section cracks,avoiding premature failure of the joint region.The hysteresis curve of the novel encased steel joint is fuller,with stronger lateral load-carrying capacity and higher whole stability in the joint connection area.
