摘要
在数字经济时代,数字化转型已成为企业提升竞争力的关键战略。然而,现有研究多聚焦于宏观层面,忽视对员工个体行为的影响。本文基于357份问卷调查数据,分析数字化转型对员工创新行为的影响机制及其边界条件。研究发现,数字化转型可通过任务、关系与认知重塑正向影响员工创新行为,工作旺盛感对上述作用路径有进一步的强化作用。研究结论丰富了数字化转型的微观影响机制,为企业激发员工创新行为提供了理论参考与实践启示。
In the era of digital economy,digital transformation has become a key strategy for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness.However,existing studies mostly focus on the macro level and ignore the impact on individual employee behavior.Through 357 questionnaire data,we analyze the impact mechanism of digital transformation on employee innovative behavior and its boundary conditions.The results show that digital transformation positively affects employee innovative behavior through task,relationship and cognitive reshaping,and that thriving at work further enhances the above paths of action.The findings enrich the micro-impact mechanism of digital transformation and provide theoretical references and practical insights for enterprises to stimulate employee innovative behavior.
