摘要
天地之中的天文学特征是夏至无影,气候宜居。周公测影营洛,确定天地之中或地中,制礼作乐,奠定中国文化的基本格局。天地之中是礼乐生成的母体,与之相关的礼乐制作包括:作乐应天与制礼配地的制作;礼乐交叉参考天地的制作;天与地相交的动态制作。天地之中简约表述为天地相交之,天地之中联合天地动态创造,并与天、地形成纵贯的三冒结构。由纵转横,四方之中联合四方创造,并与四方形成横摄的五衍结构,天中与地中结构类似。综合两种结构,天地之中表现为天中、地中与天地之中叠加的三冒五衍结构。三冒五衍结构旋转的向心力形成文化政治中国的凝聚力,感召天地四方相居。在明清之际的全球视野下,天地之中泛化为宜居之地,礼乐文化政治中国的意义强化,并具有时中的与时偕行特征。
The astronomical characteristic of the“Centre of Heaven and Earth”is that there is no shadow during the summer solstice,indicating a pleasant climate.Duke Zhou measured the shadows to select Luoyi as the capital,determined the“Centre of Heaven and Earth”(or“Centre of the Earth”),formulated rituals and music,and laid the basic pattern of Chinese culture.The“Centre of Heaven and Earth”is the source of rituals and music.The creation of rituals and music related to it includes three aspects:creating music in response to heaven and formulating rituals to match the earth;creating rituals and music with reference to both heaven and earth;and dynamically creating rituals and music based on the interaction between heaven and earth.The“Centre of Heaven and Earth”can be briefly defined as the interaction between heaven and earth.It combines the dynamic creation of heaven and earth and forms a vertical“Trinity Structure”(heaven,earth,and the centre)with heaven and earth.From a vertical to a horizontal perspective,the“Centre of the Four Directions”combines the creation of the four directions and forms a horizontal“Five-Derivative Structure”(the four directions and the centre)with the four directions.The structure of the“Centre of Heaven”is similar to that of the“Centre of the Earth”.Combining these two structures,the“Centre of Heaven and Earth”presents a superimposed structure of the“Trinity Structure”and the“Five-Derivative Structure”.The rotating centripetal force of this structure forms the cohesiveness of cultural and political China,attracting people from all directions to reside.From a global perspective during the late Ming and early Qing dynasties,the“Centre of Heaven and Earth”was generalized as a livable place.The significance of ritual and music culture in shaping China’s political identity was strengthened,and it also demonstrated the characteristics of“adapting to the times”and“keeping pace with the times”.
