摘要
人工制样室在煤样破碎、筛分、研磨等过程中易产生大量粉尘,不仅危害操作人员健康,还会影响设备寿命和样品质量。针对传统除尘系统效率低、能耗高、维护复杂等问题,研发了一套除尘系统,该系统采用干式负压集中除尘技术,结合先进的除尘控制系统,优化集气吸尘罩布局与气流组织。应用表明,该系统可使室内粉尘浓度降至1 mg/m^(3)以下,符合国家职业卫生标准,同时减少30%以上的运行能耗,且具备低噪声、易维护等特点。
The manual sampling room is prone to generating a large amount of dust during coal sample crushing,screening,grinding,and other processes,which not only endangers the health of operators,but also affects equipment life and sample quality.In response to the problems of low efficiency,high energy consumption,and complex maintenance of traditional dust removal systems,this study has developed a dust removal system to treat the dust generated in the sample preparation room to meet the national emission standards,without affecting the sample preparation process,changing the precision of sample preparation,and damaging its representativeness.The system adopts dry negative pressure centralized dust removal technology,combined with advanced dust removal control system,optimizes the layout and airflow organization of the collection hood,significantly improves dust removal efficiency and reduces energy consumption.Practical application has shown that the system can reduce indoor dust concentration to below 1 mg/m^(3),in compliance with national occupational health standards,while reducing operating energy consumption by more than 30%,and has the characteristics of low noise and easy maintenance.
