摘要
针对作战体系效能评估中协同效应难融合、网络特性难体现的问题,提出融合协同效应模型(coordination effect model,CEM)和三维权重耦合(three-dimensional weight coupling,TDWC)的作战体系效能评估方法。构建加权有向作战体系网络模型,结合层次化模糊赋值方法量化节点与连边能力。依据作战要素交互机理,建立6类协同效应模型,提出基于CEM作战链效能评估方法。在此基础上,构建融合时效性、综合中心性和抗毁性的TDWC模型,形成基于CEM-TDWC的作战体系效能评估模型。4种作战场景仿真验证所提方法能更精准反映节点能力、协同效应与网络拓扑的耦合作用,更科学地反映体系作战能力,为作战体系效能评估理论创新提供一种新的研究思路。
To address the problem of difficult integration of coordination effects and reflection of network characteristics in the evaluation of combat system effectiveness,a combat system effectiveness evaluation method combining coordinated effect model(CEM)and three-dimensional weight coupling(TDWC)is proposed.A weighted directed combat system network model is constructed,combined with a hierarchical fuzzy assignment method to quantify node and edge capabilities.Based on the interaction mechanism of combat elements,six types of collaborative effect models are established,and a CEM based combat chain effectiveness evaluation method is proposed.On this basis,an TDWC model that integrates timeliness,integrated centrality,and resilience is constructed,forming a combat system effectiveness evaluation model based on CEM-TDWC.Through simulation verification in four combat scenarios,the proposed method can more accurately reflect the coupling effect of node capabilities,collaborative effects,and network topology,and more scientifically reflect the system’s combat capabilities.This research provides a new research approach for the theoretical innovation of combat system effectiveness evaluation.
