摘要
近年来,二维PdSe_(2)凭借其独特的带隙随层数调控、褶皱五元环结构赋予其优异的电学以及光电特性,在场效应晶体管、光电探测器、图像传感器和感算一体化器件等领域展现出巨大的应用潜力,成为二维材料中的研究热点。系统阐述二维PdSe_(2)材料的可控合成以及器件的应用研究进展。首先,详细介绍二维PdSe_(2)的晶体结构以及结构赋予的特殊电学、光电子性质;其次,对其合成制备方法进行详细论述并分析各方法的难点;最后,对二维PdSe_(2)在电子器件以及光电子器件应用进展展开介绍,并指出未来发展方向。
Two-dimensional palladium diselenide(PdSe_(2))shows immense application potential in field of fieldeffect transistors,photodetectors,image sensors,in-sensor broadband convolutional processing due to the excellent electrical and optoelectronic properties originated from tunable bandgap with layer number and pentagonal structure.Recently,two-dimensional PdSe_(2) has been a research hotpot among two-dimensional materials.A systematic elaboration on the controllable synthesis and device applications of two-dimensional PdSe_(2) materials holds immense practical application value.Firstly,this paper introduces the crystal structure-electrical and optoelectronic property relationships of PdSe_(2);Secondly,detailly summarizes the control synthesis methods,analyzes the pros and cons of each method,pointing out the key challenges of synthesis;Finally,recommends the progress in the application of twodimensional PdSe_(2) in electrical and optoelectronic devices,and indicates the future development directions.
