摘要
通过梳理近年相关文献并进行归纳总结发现,多囊卵巢综合征主要病因涵盖遗传、心理、环境因素、胰岛素抵抗、炎症因素等;西医治疗主要包含生活方式的干预、调节月经周期、治疗高雄激素、调节代谢、促进生育等方面;中医则主要从肾虚、血瘀、痰湿瘀滞、肝气郁滞、肾虚肝郁等角度阐述病因,治疗手段主要包括针灸、中药、针药结合等。
By combing and summarizing the relevant literature in recent years,it is found that the main causes of polycystic ovary syndrome include genetic,psychological,environmental factors,insulin resistance,inflammatory factors and so on.Western medicine treatment mainly includes lifestyle intervention,regulating menstrual cycle,treating hyperandrogenism,regulating metabolism and promoting fertility.Traditional Chinese medicine mainly expounds the causes from the perspectives of kidney deficiency,blood stasis,phlegm-dampness and blood stasis,liver qi stagnation,kidney deficiency and liver depression,and the treatment methods mainly include acupuncture,traditional Chinese medicine and combination of acupuncture and medicine.This review aims to provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.
