摘要
“五脏相关论”是体现中医整体观念的理论之一,在经典著作中记载的“魄门亦为五脏使”和“毒攻五脏”学术思想,为后世肛肠外科学发展奠定了坚实的理论基础。名老中医专家王吉侯教授,在40余年的肛肠病诊治实践中,提出以“五脏辨治为中心,局部病理改变为核心”的整体观,创立“五脏之毒聚魄门,湿热瘀邪相交结”的病理观,并总结得出“五脏辨治肛肠病”的学术思想,对肛肠科临床工作有较高的理论和实践指导价值。
"Five viscera related theory"is one of the theories that reflect the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine.The academic thoughts of"soul door is also the five viscera making"and"poison attack the five viscera"recorded in classic works have laid a solid theoretical foundation for the development of anorectal surgery in later generations.In the practice of diagnosis and treatment of anorectal diseases for more than 40 years,Professor Wang Jihou,a famous old Chinese medicine expert,put forward the overall view of"differentiation and treatment of the five viscera as the center,and local pathological changes as the core",created the pathological view of"poison of the five viscera gathers the soul door,and the combination of dampness and heat stasis and evil",and summarized the academic thought of"differentiation and treatment of anorectal diseases by the five viscera".It has high theoretical and practical guiding value to the clinical work of anorectal department.
