摘要
目的:探讨张氏推拿法治疗颈源性眩晕的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1月至2024年1月内曲靖市中医医院推拿科收治的颈源性眩晕患者78例,采用张氏推拿法进行治疗,观察治疗前后患者的眩晕症状、颈椎功能及相关指标变化。结果:78例患者中,治愈48例(61.54%),显效18例(23.08%),有效9例(11.54%),无效3例(3.85%),总有效率为96.15%。治疗后患者眩晕、头痛、颈部疼痛等症状较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),旋颈试验阳性率降低(P<0.05),椎动脉血流速度较治疗前提高(P<0.05)。结论:张氏推拿法治疗颈源性眩晕疗效确切,可有效改善患者症状,提高椎动脉血流速度,纠正颈椎关节紊乱,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Zhang's massage method in the treatment ofcervicogenic vertigo.Methods:78 patients with cervicogenic vertigo admitted to the Massage Department of Qujing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected and treated with Zhang's massage method.The patients'vertigo symptoms,cervical spine function and related indicators were observed before and after treatment.Results:Among 78 patients,48 cases(61.54%)were cured,18 cases were markedly effective(23.08%),9 cases were effective(11.54%),and 3 cases were ineffective(3.85%).The total effective rate was 96.15%.After treatment,the patients′symptoms such as dizziness,headache,and neck pain were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),the positive rate of cervical rotation test was reduced(P<0.05),and the vertebral artery blood flow velocity was increased compared with before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhang's massage method is effective in treating cervicogenic vertigo.It can effectively improve patient symptoms,increase vertebral artery blood flow velocity,and correct cervical joint disorders,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
