摘要
目的:观察扶阳转枢和胃膏治疗脾虚气滞型功能性消化不良(FD)患者的临床疗效。方法:将88例脾虚气滞型FD患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组44例。研究组患者予扶阳转枢和胃膏口服,对照组患者予多潘立酮片口服,疗程为4周。评价两组患者的治疗总有效率及治疗前后中医证候积分。结果:(1)研究组患者治疗总有效率为95.24%,对照组为85.71%;(2)治疗后两组患者各项中医证候积分均下降,且治疗后研究组患者各项中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论:扶阳转枢和胃膏治疗脾虚气滞型FD患者的疗效显著。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Fuyang Zhuanshu Hewei Paste in treating functional dyspepsia(FD)patients with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation.Methods:88 patients with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation type FD were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,44 cases in each group.The research group patients were given Fuyang Zhuanshu Hewei Paste orally,while the control group patients were given Domperidone tablets orally,with a course of 4 weeks.Evaluate the total effective rate of treatment for two groups of patients and compare their Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome scores before and after treatment.Results:①The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.24%,it was 85.71%in the control group.②After treatment,the scores of various TCM syndromes in both groups of patients decreased to varying degrees,and the scores of various TCM syndromes in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance.Conclusion:Fuyang Zhuanshu Hewei Paste have significant therapeutic effects on patients with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation type FD.
