摘要
目的:评价固气利湿方加减联合米拉贝隆对女性正虚邪恋型膀胱过度活动症(OAB)的临床治疗效果。方法:纳入OAB患者60名,随机分为治疗组(固气利湿方加减联合米拉贝隆组)30例和对照组(米拉贝隆联合安慰剂颗粒组)30例。经4周治疗后,评估两组患者药物干预前后的OAB各症状评分以及总评分。结果:干预后,治疗组的临床总有效率为89.6%(26/29),对照组为82.1%(23/28),治疗组的疗效优于对照组。干预后,两组患者的膀胱过度活动症症状评分表(OABSS)各指标较治疗前均有不同程度改善(P<0.01);治疗组在日间排尿次数、夜间排尿次数和OABSS总积分方面的改善优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:对正虚邪恋型OAB患者而言,固气利湿方加减联合米拉贝隆能够有效缓解临床症状,提高临床疗效。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of modified Guqi Lishi Formula combined with Mirabelon on female overactive bladder(OAB)of positive deficiency and evil affection type.Methods:A total of 60 patients diagnosed with OAB were randomly divided into the treatment group(modified Guqi Lishi Formula combined with Mirabelon group)with 30 cases and the control group(Mirabelon combined with placebo granules group)with 30 cases.After 4 weeks of treatment,evaluated the symptom scores and total scores of OAB in both groups of patients before and after drug intervention.Results:After intervention,the total clinical effective rate was 89.6%(26/29)in the treatment group,and 82.1%(23/28)in the control group.The efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.After intervention,overactive bladder syndrome score(OABSS)in both groups of patients showed varying degrees of improvement in all indicators compared with those before treatment(P<0.01);the improvement of daytime urination frequency,nighttime urination frequency,and total score of OABSS in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:For patients with OAB of positive deficiency and evil affection type,the combination of modified Guqi Lishi Formula and Mirabelon can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms and improve clinical efficacy.
