摘要
目的:探讨扶阳通便汤治疗慢传输型便秘的作用机制。方法:小鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组和西沙必利组,用盐酸吗啡诱导慢传输型便秘模型后,各组给予相应药物干预,连续10 d。观察小鼠的一般情况,借助苏木精-伊红(H-E)色法观察扶阳通便汤对模型小鼠肠组织中一氧化氮(NO)与血管活性肠肽(VIP)水平的影响。结果:H-E染色结果显示,与正常组比较,模型组小鼠结肠组织VIP、NO阳性表达的细胞数量明显增加;与模型组比较,中药各剂量组、西沙必利组小鼠结肠组织VIP、NO阳性表达的细胞数量明显减少。结论:扶阳通便汤可有效降低结肠组织中VIP、NO的表达水平,进而对慢传输型便秘发挥治疗作用。
Objective:To explore the mechanism of Fuyang Tongbian Decoction in treating slow transit constipation.Method:Mice were randomly divided into normal group,model group,low-dose group,medium-dose group,high-dose group and cisapride group.After morphine hydrochloride induced slow transit constipation model,each group was given corresponding drug intervention for 10 consecutive days.The effects of Fuyang Tongbian Decoction on the levels of nitric oxide(NO)and vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)in the intestinal tissues of model mice were observed by hematoxylin and eosin(H-E)staining.Results:H-E staining results showed that compared with normal group,the number of VIP and NO positive expression cells in colon tissue of model group was significantly increased.Compared with model group,the number of VIP and NO positive expression cells in colon tissue of mice in each dose group and cisapride group decreased significantly.Conclulsion:Fuyang Tongbian Decoction can effectively reduce the expression levels of VIP and NO in colon tissue,and then play a therapeutic role in slow transit constipation.
