摘要
教育评价事关教育发展方向。该文基于CIPP模式,构建了管理学课程评价体系,包括4个一级指标和8个二级指标,采用问卷调查法,全面评估管理学课程的教学效果。结果显示:学生高度评价该课程,均值超4.5,但知识需求未被充分满足,学习动力不足,教学资源需优化。针对此,该文提出创新完善措施,旨在丰富教学资源、激发学生学习兴趣、提升课程教学效果,为管理学课程的持续优化与发展提供有价值的参考依据。
Educational evaluation is related to the direction of education development.Based on the CIPP model,this paper constructs a management curriculum evaluation system,including 4 first-level and 8 second-level indicators,and adopts the questionnaire survey method to comprehensively evaluate the teaching effect of management courses.The results show that students highly evaluate this course,with an average value exceeding 4.5,but their knowledge needs are not fully met,their learning motivation is insufficient,and teaching resources need to be optimized.In view of this,this paper puts forward innovative and perfect measures,aiming at enriching teaching resources,stimulating students'interest in learning,improving course teaching effect,and providing valuable reference for continuous optimization and development of management courses.
