摘要
目的 观察分析手术室优化护理对腹腔镜胃肠手术患者的影响。方法 从2022年5月至2023年11月间在中山大学附属第一医院接受腹腔镜胃肠手术患者中选取研究对象,共纳入86例。参照随机信封原则进行分组,对照组43例,行常规护理;观察组43例,行手术室优化护理。从疼痛评分、舒适度评分、并发症率几个维度进行组间差异分析。结果 视觉模拟评分法(VAS)对比,观察组护理后分值较对照组更低(P<0.05)。心理、生理、精神及社会文化与环境评分对比,观察组护理后评分较对照组更高(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症率为4.65%,较对照组的20.93%低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 手术室优化护理有助于缓解腹腔镜胃肠手术患者疼痛,保持良好舒适度,并减少并发症发生。
Objective:To observe and analyze the influence of optimized nursing in operating room on patients undergoing laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery.Methods:86 patients who underwent laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat sen University from May 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the basis.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received optimized nursing care in the operating room according to the principle of random envelope.Perform inter group difference analysis based on pain score,comfort score,and complication rate dimensions.Results:Visual Analog Scale(VAS)analysis showed that the observation group had relatively lower scores after nursing compared to the control group(P<0.05).The psychological、physiological、spiritual、socio-cultural,and environmental scores were higher in the observation group after nursing compared to the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate of the observation group was 4.65%,which was lower than the control group's 20.93%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Optimal nursing in operating room is helpful to relieve the pain of patients undergoing laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery,maintain good comfort and reduce complications.
