自主发展能力:师范生培养的重要面向——基于协同育人视角的分析

Cultivating Self-Directed Development Competence:Critical Dimensions in Pre-Service Teacher Education—A Synergistic Education Perspective

摘要 在新时代教师培养目标要求和教师终身学习发展理念下,注重专业成长和主动交流合作的自主发展能力是师范生培育的重要标准。然而,面对来自社会客观环境和学生群体内在诉求的挑战,师范生自主发展能力的培养还面临着内生动力不足、自我管理散漫、学科视野较窄、重教技轻科研、信息意识缺乏等问题。基于此,研究从协同理论视角揭示师范生自主发展能力的现实困境,并从人才培养的角度提出纾解路径。亟需在协同育人的框架下从整合资源、凝聚力量,从顶层设计、专业发展、素养提升等维度设计推进,回应新时代卓越人才培养的时代之问。 Pre-service teachers serve as the cornerstone workforce for China's future foundational education.Under the dual imperatives of new-era teacher cultivation objectives and lifelong professional development paradigms,fostering self-directed development capabilities—emphasizing professional growth and proactive collaboration—has emerged as a pivotal criterion in teacher preparation.Nevertheless,the cultivation of such autonomous competencies confronts systemic challenges,including insufficient intrinsic motivation,lax self-regulation,narrow disciplinary perspectives,imbalanced emphasis on pedagogical techniques over research literacy,and inadequate information awareness,all stemming from evolving societal demands and student cohorts'intrinsic needs.Drawing on synergy theory,this study investigates the practical dilemmas in cultivating pre-service teachers'autonomous development capacities and proposes targeted mitigation strategies through talent cultivation optimization.The findings advocate for a multidimensional implementation framework under collaborative education principles,comprising resource integration and stakeholder collaboration,systematic policy design at institutional levels,profession-oriented developmental pathways,and comprehensive competency enhancement initiatives.This research provides theoretical and practical insights into addressing the critical challenge of cultivating excellence in teacher education,offering implementable solutions for achieving qualitative improvements through coordinated efforts across policy formulation,curriculum innovation,and pedagogical practice.
