摘要
对深圳市高密度老旧住宅疏散空间进行调研,分析室内疏散廊道、疏散楼梯等典型疏散区域设计难点,选取深圳南油小区B区高密度老旧住宅为例,i i以提升火灾疏散效率为目标,选择烟气模拟软件Pyrosm和人员疏散软件Pathfnder,分别对疏散廊道和疏散楼梯构建烟气蔓延场景和人员疏散场景,通过改变廊道宽度、廊道端头放大面积、楼梯宽度和楼梯数量等设计方式,进行对比模拟实验,分析不同设计方式对人员疏散的影响机制,提出高密度老旧住宅廊道和疏散楼梯的空间优化策略。
This study investigates the evacuation space of high-density old residential buildings in Shenzhen,and analyzes the difficulties in evacuation design for typical evacuation areas such as indoor evacuation corridors and stairs.Taking high-density old residential buildings in the B district of Nanyou Life in Shenzhen as an example,the goal is to improve the evacuation efficiency of high-density old residential fires.Pyrosim smoke simulation software and pathfinder personnel evacuation software are selected.Construct smoke spread scenarios and personnel evacuation scenarios for evacuation corridors and evacuation staircases,and conduct comparative simulation experiments by changing corridor width,enlarged area at corridor ends,staircase width,and number of staircases.Analyze the impact mechanism of different design methods on personnel evacuation,and propose spatial optimization strategies for high-density old residential corridors and evacuation staircases that are conducive to improving personnel evacuation efficiency.Provide a reference for improving the safety design and renovation path of such buildings.
