摘要
乡村振兴战略背景下,海南作为我国唯一热带岛屿茶区,其黎族“雨林大叶种”茶文化遗产兼具生态、文化与经济价值,对于山区巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果、推动乡村产业振兴具有重要现实意义。本文通过田野调查等方法,梳理海南茶文化遗产构成与演化脉络,评估其在乡村振兴中的功能与张力,并分析毛纳村、白沙陨石坑茶园典型案例。研究发现,海南茶文化遗产保护体系日趋完善、产业化成效显著且科技赋能升级,但仍面临深加工能力不足、非遗代际断层、生态与产业政策协调难等挑战;毛纳村茶文旅融合、白沙陨石坑茶园生态产业化案例均印证标准化、品牌化、人才培育的重要性。基于此,政策层面需推进种质资源保护与产业升级、发展高附加值深加工、推动茶文旅融合、完善生态补偿机制,并借自贸港政策推动茶产业国际化,为实现热带地区文化遗产赋能乡村振兴提供可复制的制度样本与实践方案。
Against the backdrop of the rural revitalization strategy,Hainan,as the only tropical island tea region in China,has the Li ethnic group’s“Rainforest Large Leaf Seed”tea cultural heritage that combines ecological,cultural,and economic value.It has important practical significance for consolidating and expanding poverty alleviation achievements in mountainous areas and promoting rural industrial revitalization.This article uses field investigations and other methods to sort out the composition and evolution of Hainan tea cultural heritage,evaluate its function and tension in rural revitalization,and analyze typical cases of tea gardens in Maona Village and Baisha Meteorite Crater.Research has found that the protection system for Hainan’s tea cultural heritage is becoming increasingly perfect,with significant industrialization achievements and technological empowerment upgrades.However,it still faces challenges such as insufficient deep processing capabilities,intergenerational gaps in intangible cultural heritage,and difficulties in coordinating ecological and industrial policies;The integration of tea culture and tourism in Maona Village and the ecological industrialization of Baisha Meteorite Crater tea gardens both confirm the importance of standardization,branding,and talent cultivation.Based on this,at the policy level,it is necessary to promote the protection of germplasm resources and industrial upgrading,develop high value-added deep processing,promote the integration of tea culture and tourism,improve ecological compensation mechanisms,and use free trade port policies to promote the internationalization of the tea industry,providing replicable institutional samples and practical solutions for empowering rural revitalization with cultural heritage in tropical regions.
