火电厂尿素水解制氨建(构)筑物布置防火设计探讨

摘要 防火设计对火电厂脱硝氨区布置至关重要。根据我国现行相关标准和规范以及尿素水解制氨的工艺特性,明确了尿素溶解车间和尿素水解车间的火灾危险性类别及耐火等级,探讨了尿素水解制氨建(构)筑物的布置方式和防火间距,总结了其与厂内建(构)筑物之间的最小防火间距,给出了尿素水解车间火灾危险性降级方法。研究表明尿素水解制氨建(构)筑物不宜布置在输煤栈桥下方。研究成果可使尿素水解制氨建(构)筑物布置更加合理和紧凑,减少火灾危害,并为液氨改尿素工程的布置设计提供指导。 Fire protection design is crucial for the layout of denitrification ammonia areas in thermal power plants.Based on the current relevant standards and specifications in China,as well as the process characteristics of urea hydrolysis to produce ammonia,the fire hazard categories and fire resistance levels of urea dissolution workshop and urea hydrolysis workshop have been clarified.The layout and fire separation distance of buildings(structures)for urea hydrolysis to produce ammonia have been discussed,and the minimum fire separation distance between them and the buildings(structures)in the plant has been summarized.A method for reducing the fire hazard of urea hydrolysis workshop has been proposed.Research has shown that buildings(structures)for urea hydrolysis to produce ammonia should not be placed under coal transportation piers.The research results can make the layout of buildings(structures)for urea hydrolysis to produce ammonia more reasonable and compact,reduce fire hazards,and provide guidance for the layout design of liquid ammonia to urea conversion projects.
