斑马鱼对3种LED光的颜色偏好性研究

摘要 以斑马鱼(Danio rerio)为研究对象,在室内试验条件下系统评估了斑马鱼在3种LED光环境下的趋光反应。采用红光[(625±5)nm]、绿光[(525±5)nm]、蓝光[(455±5) nm]作为试验刺激光源,定量分析斑马鱼在灯光刺激下的停留时间和次数、趋光率和趋光指数等关键行为参数。结果显示,个体斑马鱼在单色光环境下的停留时间占比呈现红光(23.85%)、绿光(11.67%)、蓝光(7.22%)梯度分布,红光与蓝光区域差异显著(P<0.05),红光和绿光区域差异不显著(P>0.05),绿光和蓝光区域差异不显著(P>0.05);群体斑马鱼在红光、绿光和蓝光环境下的趋光率分别为15.18%、11.00%和5.09%,3个区域差异不显著(P>0.05)。斑马鱼对3种LED光的趋光指数表明个体斑马鱼在各个区域均趋向暗光和红光,对绿光和蓝光表现出回避倾向;群体斑马鱼在各个区域只趋向暗光,回避红光、绿光和蓝光。该研究结果可为其他鱼类行为的驯化研究提供参考。 Pototactic responses of zebrafish(Danio rerio)to three distinct LED light environments under controlled laboratory conditions was investigated.The experimental stimuli consisted of red light(625±5),green light(525±5),and blue light(455±5)nm LED lights.Key behavioral parameters including residence time,residence frequency,phototaxis rate,and phototaxis index were quantitatively analyzed.Results demonstrated that individual zebrafish exhibited a graded distribution of residence time percentages across monochromatic light environments:red light(23.85%),green light(11.67%),and blue light(7.22%).Significant differences were observed between red and blue light zone(P<0.05),while no significant differences were detected between red light and green light zones(P>0.05)or green light and blue light zones(P>0.05).Zebrafish group showed phototaxis rates of 15.18%,11.00%,and 5.09%under red,green,and blue lights respectively,with no significant differences(P>0.05).Phototaxis index analysis revealed that individual zebrafish exhibited positive phototaxis towards dark light and red light,while displaying avoidance behavior towards green and blue light.Conversely,zebrafish group demonstrated positive phototaxis only towards dark light,with avoidance responses to all three chromatic lights.This research provides valuable references for behavioral conditioning studies in other fish species.
