摘要
目的探讨肌内效贴联合核心肌群训练对胸腰段不全性截瘫患者运动及平衡功能的影响。方法选取2023年1月至2025年1月合肥市第二人民医院康复科收治的胸腰段不全性截瘫患者共40例,通过随机数字表法分为对照组及试验组,每组20例。对照组给予核心肌群训练、上肢肌力训练、下肢肌力训练或主动助力训练、平衡及转移训练、气压治疗、低频电刺激、针刺等常规康复措施,试验组在常规康复训练的基础上辅助肌内效贴治疗。比较两组干预前及干预1个月后下肢关键肌肌力评分、Berg平衡量表评分、改良Barthel指数评分的差异。结果两组患者训练前下肢关键肌肌力评分、Berg平衡量表评分、改良Barthel指数评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),训练1个月后,试验组各项指标较对照组均有所升高(P<0.05),且试验组上述指标训练前后差值与对照组比较,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肌内效贴辅助核心肌群训练可进一步改善胸腰段不全性截瘫患者运动及平衡功能,同时提高患者日常生活活动能力。
Objective To investigate the impact of Kinesio Taping combined with core muscle training on motor and balance function in patients with thoracolumbar incomplete paraplegia.Methods Forty patients with thoracolumbra incomplete paraplegia in the Rehabilitation Department of Hefei Second People′s Hospital from 2023 to 2025 were randomly divided into the control group and observation group,with twenty cases in each group.The control group was treated with core muscle training,upper limb muscle strength training,lower limb muscle strength training or active assistance training,balance and transfer training,barometric therapy,low-frequency electrical stimulation,acupuncture and other routine rehabilitation measures,and the experimental group was treated with Kinesio Taping combined with core muscle training on this basis for one month.The changes of the key lower extremity muscles,the Berg Balance Scale score,and the modified Barthel index score were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the muscle strength scores of key lower extremity muscles,Berg balance scale scores and modified Barthel index scores between the two groups of patients before training(P>0.05).After treatment,all the parameters in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05)and the comparative analysis revealed statistically significant differences in all measured parameters between pre-and post-intervention assessments in the experimental group relative to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Kinesio Taping combined with core muscle training has a significant intervention effect on thoracolumbar incomplete paraplegia patients,which is beneficial to improve the motor and balance function,as well as enhancing the patients’ability to perform daily activities.
