摘要
目的:探究合谷穴与曲池穴配伍针灸疗法在治疗功能性便秘(FC)的临床效果。方法:按照随机数表法将纳入的84例FC患者均分为两组。对照组接受常规治疗;观察组在对照组基础上配合使用谷穴与曲池穴配伍针刺疗法。对比两组便秘症状评分、临床效果和生活质量评分。结果:观察组治疗后排便时间、排便频率、排便不尽感、排便困难、Bristol粪便性状和腹胀方面评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗1疗程和2疗程后临床效果明显优于对照组,治疗2疗程后的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),便秘生活质量自评量表(PAC-QOL)评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:谷穴与曲池穴配伍针刺疗法治疗FC疗效确切,能有效减轻患者便秘症状,增强临床治疗效果,提高临床总体有效率和生活质量。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the combined acupuncture therapy of Hegu point and Quchi point in the treatment of functional constipation(FC).Methods:A total of 84 included FC patients were evenly divided into two groups by the random number table method.The control group received conventional treatment;The observation group used the combined acupuncture therapy of Gu point and Quchi point on the basis of the control group.The constipation symptom scores,clinical effects and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of defecation time,defecation frequency,incomplete defecation sensation,defecation difficulty,Bristol fecal properties and abdominal distension in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical effects of the observation group after one and two courses of treatment were better than those of the control group,and the total effective rate after two courses of treatment was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The score of the Self-Rating Quality of Life Scale for Constipation(PAC-QOL)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined acupuncture therapy of Gu point and Quchi point has a definite therapeutic effect on FC.It can effectively alleviate constipation symptoms of patients,enhance the clinical therapeutic effect,and improve the overall clinical effective rate and quality of life.
