摘要
文章依托江苏盐城某高速实例工程,采取预切缝处置技术进行裂缝处置,引用已有裂缝预测模型,对模型的参数进行标定,并与已有现场数据的比对分析,结果表明:基层裂缝以反射裂缝为主,横向裂缝为主要表现形式,通车6-14年内,35%的路段横向裂缝间距小于50 m;基层裂缝的最小间距为47.33 m,平均裂缝间距为71 m,最大裂缝间距为94.66 m;预切缝处治技术关键参数包括切缝间距50耀70 m、切缝宽度0.5 cm、切缝深度应为切割层板厚的1/3~1/2之间,预切缝时间应选择水泥稳定碎石强度达到40%~70%时进行。
The article relies on a high-speed example project in Yancheng,Jiangsu Province,adopts the pre-cut seam disposal technology for crack disposal,quotes the existing crack prediction model,calibrates the parameters of the model,and analyses the comparison with the existing on-site data,and the results show that:the grass-roots level cracks are dominated by the reflection cracks,and the transverse cracks are the main manifestation,and the spacing of transverse cracks of 35%of the road sections is less than 50 m within 6-14 years of the opening of the traffic;the grass-roots level cracks'The minimum spacing of base layer cracks is 47.33 m,the average crack spacing is 71 m,and the maximum crack spacing is 94.66 m;the key parameters of pre-cutting treatment technology include the spacing of 50~70 m between cuts,the width of 0.5 cm,the depth of cuts should be 1/3-1/2 of the thickness of the cut layer slabs,and the time of pre-cutting should be chosen to be carried out when the strength of cement-stabilised gravel reaches 40%~70%.
