摘要
针对污水厂来水异常导致硝化效果受限的问题,提出了通过投加活性污泥强化污水处理厂硝化功能的应急策略。首先通过小试实验对不同污泥浓度下对氨氮(NH_(4)^(+)-N)的去除效果进行了分析,结果表明污泥浓度越高,NH_(4)^(+)-N去除效果越好。在9000±180 mg/L污泥浓度下NH_(4)^(+)-N去除率高达89.92%。在实际应用中,投加污泥后污水厂的NH_(4)^(+)-N、化学需氧量(COD)和总氮(TN)去除率显著提高,系统的整体稳定性也得到增强。投加后NH_(4)^(+)-N的出水浓度从投加前的1.92 mg/L下降至0.58 mg/L。研究表明,投加活性污泥能迅速恢复硝化功能,并显著提升水厂的污染物去除效果。
In response to the suboptimal nitrification performance due to irregular influent in wastewater treatment plants(WWTP),this study proposed an emergency strategy to enhance the nitrification function by adding activated sludge.Small-scale experiments were first conducted to evaluate the ammonia nitrogen(NH_(4)^(+)-N)removal efficiency at different sludge concentrations.The results indicated that higher sludge concentrations resulted in enhanced NH_(4)^(+)-N removal efficiency,reaching 89.92% at 9000±180 mg/L concentration.In practical applications,the addition of sludge significantly improved the removal efficiencies of NH_(4)^(+)-N,chemical oxygen demand(COD),and total nitrogen(TN)within WWTP,thereby improving the system's overall stability.After the addition,the effluent NH_(4)^(+)-N concentration decreased from 1.92 mg/L prior to the addition to 0.58 mg/L.This study demonstrated that the addition of activated sludge could rapidly restore nitrification capabilities and markedly enhanced pollutant removal efficiency in WWTP.
