摘要
近年来,广东省城际铁路建设进入大发展,逐步完成城际铁路网打造“轨道上的大湾区”。随着广东省城际铁路投资力度不断加大,如何合理控制项目工程投资变得更加重要,其中地下车站投资费用较多,铁路车站的定额计价体系无法完全适用于城际铁路地下车站的概预算编制,如何选取适合广东省城际铁路地下车站工程概(预)算标准,具有较大研究意义。本文结合广东省城际铁路建设项目实际地下车站工程,通过测算分析地下车站在建筑定额和城轨定额体系下的造价指标差异,为城际铁路地下车站概预算编制的定额选用提供相应参考。
In recent years,the construction of intercity railways in Guangdong Province has entered a period of great development,gradually completing the construction of the intercity railway network into a"Greater Bay Area on the track".With the continuous increase in investment in intercity railways in Guangdong Province,it has become more important to reasonably control project engineering investment.Among them,the investment cost of underground stations is relatively high,and the fixed pricing system of railway stations cannot be fully applicable to the preliminary budget preparation of intercity railway underground stations.How to select suitable preliminary(budget)standards for Guangdong Province's intercity railway underground station engineering has great research significance.This article combines the actual underground station engineering of the intercity railway construction project in Guangdong Province,and analyzes the cost index differences of underground stations under the construction quota and urban rail quota system through calculation and analysis,providing corresponding references for the selection of quotas in the preliminary budget preparation of intercity railway underground stations.
