大跨度桥涵挂篮施工技术要点与变形控制研究

摘要 文章聚焦乌海至玛沁公路惠农(蒙宁界)至石嘴山段工程,剖析大跨度桥涵挂篮施工的技术要点与变形控制策略,阐述该工程挂篮施工的完整流程及关键技术环节,对变形监测、施工参数优化、预拱度设置和实时反馈控制等变形控制手段展开深入研究,明确在该工程条件下保障挂篮施工质量与结构稳定性的有效方法,以期为同类大跨度桥涵工程的挂篮施工提供重要参考,进而助力桥梁工程建设技术的持续发展与完善。 Focusing on engineering in the section from Huinong(Mongolia-Ningxia border)to Shizuishan of Wuhai-Maqin Highway,this paper analyzes the key technical points and deformation control strategies for largespan bridge and culvert hanging basket construction,expounds the complete process and key technical links of the hanging basket construction for the engineering,and conducts in-depth research on deformation control measures such as deformation monitoring,construction parameter optimization,precamber setting and real-time feedback control.It identifies effective methods to ensure hanging basket construction quality and structural stability under the condition of the engineering,in order to provide important reference for the hanging basket construction for similar large-span bridge and culvert engineering,thereby helping the continuous development and improvement of bridge engineering construction technology.
