双块式无砟道床板抗裂及精度控制施工技术研究

摘要 文章依托渝昆高铁川渝段站前三标段中国铁路轨道系统(China railway track system,CRTS)双块式无砟轨道工程,针对道床板开裂与精度控制这两大核心难题,详细分析道床板开裂的原因,并结合实际施工总结增设抗裂网、及时放松轨排架扣件、优化混凝土配合比、多次收面弥合早期裂纹、加强混凝土养护等抗裂技术措施,通过轨排架精度调整、自动化设备应用、及时复测、调整预留上浮量、加强过程控制等关键技术措施确保道床板精度,以期为同类工程施工提供有益借鉴。 Based on the China Railway Track System(CRTS)bi-block ballastless track engineering in the first three contract sections of Sichuan-Chongqing section of Chongqing-Kunming High-Speed Railway,focusing on two core difficulties of track bed slab cracking and precision control,this paper analyzes the causes for the cracking of the track bed slab in detail,and summarizes crack resistance technical measures such as adding anti-cracking mesh,timely loosening track bent fasteners,optimizing concrete mixture proportion,conducting repeated surface finishing to heal early cracks,and strengthening concrete maintenance combined with actual construction.Through the key technical measures such as adjusting track bent precision,applying automated equipment,conducting timely revision survey,adjusting reserved uplift amount,and strengthening process control,the precision of the track bed slabs is ensured,in order to provide useful reference for similar engineering construction.
