高层建筑深基坑内支撑拆除及基坑变形监测研究

Research on Inner Support Demolition and Deformation Monitoring for Deep Foundation Pits of High-Rise Buildings

摘要 文章以太子湾泓玺大厦深基坑内支撑拆除工程为依托,针对传统拆除工艺振动扰动大、粉尘污染严重及应力释放控制不足等问题,提出基于液压金刚石绳锯静力切割的分级协同拆除技术体系。工程实践表明,该技术体系能将基坑变形增量控制为0.8~1.2 mm,支护结构最大水平位移控制为26.8 mm,远低于报警值;施工效率提高35%,工期缩短至58 d,降低直接成本28%;混凝土废料再生利用率达92%,污水排放量减少60%,粉尘与噪声控制均达到国家标准。 Based on the deep foundation pit internal support demolition engineering of Hongxi Building in Taiziwan,in view of the problems such as large vibration disturbance,serious dust pollution and insufficient stress release control in the traditional demolition process,this paper proposes a hierarchical collaborative demolition technology system based on static cutting by hydraulic diamond wire saw.The engineering practice shows that the technology system can control the foundation pit deformation increment to 0.8-1.2 mm,and the maximum horizontal displacement of the support structure is controlled to 26.8 mm,which is far lower than the alarm value;the construction efficiency is increased by 35%,the construction period is shortened to 58 days,and the direct cost is reduced by 28%;the recycling rate of concrete waste reaches 92%,the sewage discharge is reduced by 60%,and the dust and noise control meet the national standards.
