科研成果融入的综合创新有机化学实验设计

摘要 针对有机化学实验教学中综合创新性实验内容不足的问题,本文以科研成果为基础,设计了一个基于Knorr合成法的N-磺酰吡唑绿色合成综合创新性实验。该实验采用低共熔溶剂作为催化剂/溶剂,通过对底物的适用性探索,实现了N-磺酰吡唑及其衍生物的绿色合成。该方法具有操作简便、原料廉价易得、低共熔溶剂生物降解性良好等优点。教学内容除涵盖加成和消除反应的机理学习、以及基本实验操作技能训练与巩固,还进一步拓展到低共熔溶剂的制备、热稳定性测试、循环利用性研究及产物结构表征等实验环节。本实验兼具创新性与综合性,有助于培养学生树立可持续发展理念,全面提升其创新能力和综合素质。 Because of the lack of comprehensive and innovative experimental content in organic chemistry experiment teaching,this study integrates scientific research achievements by employing a deep eutectic solvent as a catalyst/solvent,designs a comprehensive and innovative experiment for the green synthesis of N-sulfonylpyrazoles based on the Knorr synthesis method.Through reaction monitoring and substrate applicability exploration,the green synthesis of Nsulfonylpyrazoles and their derivatives are successfully achieved.This method offers advantages such as simple operation,inexpensive and readily available raw materials,and good biodegradability of the deep eutectic solvent.The experimental content not only involves the understanding of classical name reaction,mastery of reaction mechanism such as classical nucleophilic addition and elimination reaction,but also consolidates basic experimental operation skills such as filtration and decompression concentration.In addition,it also expands the preparation of deep eutectic solvents,infrared spectroscopic characterization,thermal stability test,recyclability studies,as well as structural characterization of the products through melting point determination,nuclear magnetic resonance and mass spectrometry.This experiment combines innovation and comprehensiveness,helping to cultivate students’innovative ability,establish the concept of sustainable development,and improve their comprehensive quality.
