摘要
本文围绕新时代国家“三大球”振兴的新使命、新任务,采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法,借助利益相关者理论分析CBA联赛引进外援涉及的利益主体,明晰各利益主体的诉求。研究表明:中国篮协、俱乐部、球员、赞助商、球迷之间构成复杂的利益关系网络。通过分析各利益相关者的诉求与影响,揭示当前外援引进的多维度影响,并提出相应的优化策略。研究显示:外援引进对CBA联赛各利益主体既存在积极影响,也存在消极影响。基于此,本文提出相应的优化路径:构建科学合理的外援政策评估机制,平衡政策稳定性与灵活性;俱乐部优化外援引进策略,建立全面的外援评估体系;强化外援管理与服务水平,完善外援合同与激励机制;促进利益相关者合作协调,平衡各利益相关者的利益诉求;加快篮球经纪人培育体系建设,规范经纪人的专业水平与执业行为。
Focusing on the new missions and tasks of revitalizing China’s“Big Three Ball Sports”(basketball,volleyball,and football)in the new era,this paper adopts research methods including the literature review method,expert interview method,and logical analysis method.Drawing on the stakeholder theory,it analyzes the stakeholder entities involved in foreign player recruitment in the CBA League and clarifies the demands of each stakeholder.The study shows that a complex interest relationship network is formed among the Chinese Basketball Association(CBA),clubs,players,sponsors,and fans.By analyzing the demands and influences of various stakeholders,this paper reveals the multi-dimensional impacts of current foreign player recruitment and proposes corresponding optimization strategies.The research indicates that foreign player recruitment exerts both positive and negative impacts on all stakeholders of the CBA League.Based on this,the paper puts forward the following optimization paths:establishing a scientific and reasonable foreign player policy evaluation mechanism to balance the stability and flexibility of policies;enabling clubs to optimize their foreign player recruitment strategies and build a comprehensive foreign player evaluation system;strengthening the management and service capabilities for foreign players and improving foreign player contracts and incentive mechanisms;promoting the cooperation and coordination among stakeholders to balance the interest demands of each stakeholder;and accelerating the construction of a basketball agent cultivation system to standardize the professional competence and practice behaviors of agents.
