数字技术创新对全要素能源效率的影响效应与作用机制

The Impact and Mechanism of Digital Technology Innovation on Total Factor Energy Efficiency

摘要 选取我国2012—2022年30个省市(区)的面板数据,采用非径向Super-SBM测算全要素能源效率,并聚焦数字技术创新对全要素能源效率的影响机制,揭示“数字技术创新—产业结构合理化—全要素能源效率”的中介传导链条,同时解析能源消费结构低碳化对数字技术创新影响全要素能源效率的动态调节机制。实证结果显示:数字技术创新能够显著提升全要素能源效率,经过内生性处理和稳健性检验后,该结论依然成立;且在区域创新水平以及工业化水平较高的省份,数字技术创新对全要素能源效率的促进作用更为明显。同时,机制分析结果表明,数字技术创新会通过促进产业结构合理化间接改善全要素能源效率,并且能源消费结构低碳化对数字技术创新与全要素能源效率之间的关系起到正向调节作用。研究为“双碳”目标下数字技术创新政策的精准设计提供了实证依据,强调需通过区域协同、产业升级与低碳制度创新推动可持续发展实践走向深入。 Based on panel data from 30 provinces(regions)in China from 2012 to 2022,this study employs the non-radial Super-SBM method to calculate total factor energy efficiency(TEE)and focuses on the mechanism through which digital technology innovation influences total factor energy efficiency.It reveals the intermediary transmission chain of“digital technology innovation-rationalization of industrial structure-total factor energy efficiency”and analyzes the dynamic regulatory mechanism through which the low-carbonization of energy consumption structure affects the impact of digital technology innovation on total factor energy efficiency.Empirical results show that digital technology innovation can significantly improve TEE.After endogeneity treatment and robustness tests,this conclusion remains valid.Furthermore,in provinces with higher levels of regional innovation and industrialization,the promotional effect of digital technology innovation on total factor energy efficiency is more pronounced.Additionally,the mechanism analysis indicates that digital technology innovation indirectly improves TEE by promoting industrial structure rationalization,and the low-carbonization of energy consumption structure plays a positive regulatory role in the relationship between digital technology innovation and total factor energy efficiency.The study provides empirical evidence for the precise design of digital technology innovation policies under the“dual carbon”goals,emphasizing the need to deepen sustainable development objectives through regional collaboration,industrial upgrading,and low-carbon institutional innovation.
