多学科融合下煤矿工人不安全行为的研究进展

摘要 预防与控制煤矿工人不安全行为是减少煤矿事故发生的根本途径,相关研究已从早期的事故统计描述,逐步发展为融合安全科学、行为经济学、神经管理学与大数据技术的跨学科前沿领域。文中首先系统梳理国内外相关文献,围绕煤矿工人不安全行为的概念界定、影响因素筛选、形成机理模型及干预四大核心模块,全面综述各模块的发展历程与当前最新研究成果;其次,分别从“宏观视角”与“微观视角”,系统综述当前该领域针对煤矿工人不安全行为的研究成果与核心观点;最后,结合理论研究与现实应用中的缺口,展望煤矿工人不安全行为领域的未来发展方向,旨在助推多学科交叉融合,为相关研究人员的科研攻关提供参考。 The fundamental way to reduce coal mine accidents is to prevent and control the unsafe behavior of coal miners.Relevant research has evolved from the early statistical description of accidents to an interdisciplinary frontier field integrating safety science,behavioral economics,neuromanagement and big data technology.Firstly,this paper systematically combs the relevant literature at home and abroad,and comprehensively reviews the development process and the latest research results of the four core modules on the concept definition,influencing factor screening,formation mechanism model and intervention of coal miners’unsafe behavior.Secondly,from the“macro perspective”and“micro perspective”,it systematically summarizes the current research results and core viewpoints in this field regarding the unsafe behavior of coal miners.Finally,combined with the gaps in theoretical research and practical application,it outlines the future development direction of the field of coal miners’unsafe behavior,aiming to promote interdisciplinary integration and provide a reference for the scientific research of relevant researchers.
