摘要
目的 观察蒙药槟榔十三味丸联合舍曲林治疗轻中度抑郁症的临床效果。方法 回顾性分析2023年9月—2024年8月于呼伦贝尔市第三人民医院治疗的60例轻中度抑郁症患者临床资料,根据用药方案不同分为研究组和对照组,各30例。对照组予舍曲林治疗,研究组予蒙药槟榔十三味丸联合舍曲林治疗,2组均治疗6周。比较2组临床疗效,治疗前后抑郁程度[17项汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)、蒙哥马利—艾森贝格抑郁评定量表(MADRS)评分]、生活质量[健康调查量表36(SF-36)评分]、睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)]及不良反应。结果 研究组总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的70.00%(χ^(2)=5.455,P=0.020)。治疗6周后,2组HAMD-17、MADRS评分低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.01);2组SF-36评分高于治疗前,PSQI评分低于治疗前,且研究组变化幅度大于对照组(P<0.01)。研究组与对照组不良反应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(30.00%vs. 26.67%,χ^(2)=0.082,P=0.775)。结论 蒙药槟榔十三味丸联合舍曲林可显著提升轻中度抑郁症患者临床疗效,有效改善抑郁程度、提高生活质量及睡眠质量,且未明显增加不良反应风险,安全性可控。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Mongolian medicine Binlang Shisanwei pills combined with sertraline in the treatment of mild to moderate depression.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with mild to moderate depression treated in the Third People′s Hospital of Hulunbuir City from September 2023 to August 2024 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different drug regimens,they were divided into the study group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sertraline,and the study group was treated with Mongolian medicine Binlang Shisanwei pills combined with sertraline,both groups were treated for 6 weeks.The clinical efficacy,depression degree(HAMD-17 scale,MADRS scale),quality of life(SF-36 scale),sleep quality(PSQI scale)before and after treatment,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.33%,which was higher than 70.00%of the control group(χ^(2)=5.455,P=0.020).After 6 weeks of treatment,HAMD-17 and MADRS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.01).The SF-36 scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the PSQI scores were lower than those before treatment,and the change amplitude of the study group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the study group and the control group(30.00%vs.26.67%,χ^(2)=0.082,P=0.775).Conclusion Mongolian medicine Binlang Shisanwei pills combined with sertraline can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients with mild to moderate depression,effectively improve the degree of depression,improve the quality of life and sleep quality,without significantly increasing the risk of adverse reactions,and the safety is controllable.
