摘要
以大语言模型为特征的智能计算成为计算机学科的发展焦点.大模型参数的指数级增长,给结点算力和互联网络同时带来极大挑战.在摩尔定律放缓时代,领域定制方法脱颖而出.本文根据30多年从事计算机系统结构研究的经验,对当前计算体系结构的发展,提出若干思考,报告初步实践结果,希望起到抛砖引玉的作用.
Intelligent computing characterized by LLMs(large language models)has become a focus point in the development of computer science.The exponential growth of parameters in LLMs poses significant challenges to both computing power and network infrastructure.In the era when Moore’s Law is slowing down,domain-specific customization approaches have emerged.Based on author’s over 30 years of experience in computer architecture research,this paper offers bold insights into the current development of computing architecture and presents preliminary practical results,aiming to spark further discussion and innovation.
