摘要
失匹配负波(mismatch negativity,MMN)是一种事件相关电位(event-related potential,ERP),可以反应特定事件的脑电活动信号,并实时监测神经系统处理刺激时的活动。MMN的刺激类型主要包括听觉、视觉、体感等,可反应大脑对事件信息处理的高级功能,其中听觉刺激应用最广。听觉MMN是一种由听觉刺激引发的脑电反应,反映了中枢神经系统的高级听觉处理功能。MMN的引出体现了大脑对听觉信号处理并认知的过程,是目前唯一客观评估言语辨别能力的方法。本研究就MMN的研究进展及其在听力学中的临床应用进行综述,旨在为临床听力师及医师深入理解并运用该诊断技术提供帮助。
Mismatch negativity(MMN)is a type of event-related potential(ERP)that reflects brain electrical activity in response to specific events.It can be used to monitor how the nervous system processes stimuli in real time.MMN can be triggered by different types of stimuli,including auditory,visual,and tactile.It shows the brain's higher-level ability to process event information,with auditory MMN being the most widely studied.This review focuses on auditory MMN,which is an electrical brain response caused by auditory stimuli.It reflects the central nervous system's advanced processing of sound.The presence of MMN shows that the brain is recognizing and processing auditory signals.Currently,it is the only objective way to evaluate a person's ability to distinguish speech sounds.This article reviews the recent progress in MMN research and its clinical applications in audiology.The aim is to help audiologists and doctors better understand and use this diagnostic tool.
