基于Offner分光的高光谱成像仪结构设计及装调验证

摘要 结合Offner分光高光谱成像仪的研制,通过变密度拓扑优化法对反射镜支撑结构进行轻量化设计,并对相机结构进行了模态分析,同时分析了存储和工作姿态下的重力变形情况,之后通过光机热联合仿真法,分析了热力耦合工况下镜面的变形情况。从轻量化、抗震敏感性及温度适应性上分析了设计的符合性。之后对镜组实施了变温实验,并进行了系统装调,测试了系统的核心指标,检测了成像效果。 This article combines the development of the Offner spectral hyperspectral imager,conducts lightweight design for the mirror support structure through variable density topology optimization,performs modal analysis on the overall structure of the camera,analyzes gravitational deformation under storage and working postures,and analyzes the deformation of the mirror surface under thermo-mechanical coupling conditions through opto-mechanical thermal simulation.A combined optical-mechanical-thermal simulation method.The design compliance is analyzed from the perspectives of lightweight,seismic sensitivity,and temperature adaptability.Subsequently,variable temperature experiments are conducted on the mirrors,and the camera system is assembled,the core indicators of the system is tested,finally adjusted to test i ts imaging effect.
