摘要
本文报道1例过敏性紫癜伴肠坏死患儿的诊疗过程。患儿因“双下肢皮疹伴关节肿痛、腹痛”入院,经系统检查确诊为过敏性紫癜伴肠坏死。通过系统治疗,患儿病情稳定,腹痛及便血消失,皮疹消退。本文结合该病例,对过敏性紫癜伴肠坏死的病因、临床表现、治疗策略及预后进行了探讨,强调了早期识别与积极治疗对该病预后的的重要性。
This article reports the diagnosis and treatment process of a child with Henoch-Schönlein purpura complicated with intestinal necrosis.The child was admitted in hospital due to"rash on both lower limbs accompanied by joint swelling,pain,and abdominal pain",and was diagnosed as Henoch-Schönlein purpura complicated with intestinal necrosis by systematic examination.Through comprehensive treatment,the child's condition stabilized,abdominal pain and hematochezia disappeared,and rash subsided.Based on this case,the article explores the etiology,clinical manifestations,treatment strategies,and prognosis of Henoch-Schönlein purpura complicated with intestinal necrosis,emphasizing the importance of early recognition and active treatment for the prognosis of this disease.
