摘要
为挖掘镇安二遗栗优良种质资源,于2022-2024年开展了二遗栗资源调查。依据选优标准,从52株镇安二遗栗候选优树中初选出44株优树。对初选优树进行叶片和果实表型性状及坚果品质性质的差异性分析和相关性分析,发现初选优树各性状中刺苞重和出实率存在显著性差异(P<0.05),其余性状存在极显著性差异(P<0.01),其中坚果总重、苞肉厚度变异系数在20%以上,变异程度较大。产量主要与叶长、坚果单粒重、出实率等呈极显著正相关;经过3 a调查后,复选出12株优树。12株优树在单位面积投影产量、单粒质量、出实率等方面表现出优良性状,其中主成分综合评价排名前三的优树为ZA30、ZA37、ZA34。镇安二遗栗具有丰富的优良种质性状,筛选出的优树可进一步开展品种子代林测定及区域对比试验等良种选育工作。
To explore the excellent germplasm resources of Zhen’an Eryi Chestnut,a survey of Eryi Chestnut resources was conducted from 2022 to 2024.Based on the selection criteria,44 excellent trees were selected from 52 Zhen’an Eryi Chestnut trees.By analyzing the differences and correlations of leaf and fruit phenotypic traits and nut quality properties of the initially selected superior trees,it was found that there were significant differences in bract weight and fruiting rate among the first-selected superior trees in each trait(P<0.05),and extremely significant differences in the rest of the traits(P<0.01),of which the coefficient of variation of total nut weight and bract flesh thickness was over 20%,indicating a high degree of variation.Yield was mainly positively correlated with leaf length,nut weight and fruiting rate.After a 3-year investigation,12 superior trees were selected,which showed excellent traits in terms of projected yield per unit area,quality of a single grain,and the rate of solidity,etc.The top 3 superior trees through comprehensive principal components evaluation were ZA30,ZA37 and ZA34.Zhen’an Eryi Chestnut has a wealth of excellent germplasm traits,and the superior trees selected can be further used for the determination of the progeny and regional comparative trials in breeding work.
